1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ace76", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ace76 platform accessible at ace76.io.
• "Platform" means the ace76 website, mobile-optimised site, game lobby, sportsbook, payment pages, and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an ace76 account.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a player's Account at any given time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "Taka" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "Business Day" means any day except Friday, Saturday, and public holidays in Bangladesh.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ace76 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or game categories.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting ace76 support.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ace76 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with ace76. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ace76 employs age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to an underage player will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is entitled to register and maintain only one Account. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment instruments, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. ace76 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void all balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits associated with those Accounts.

3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). ace76 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested may result in Account restrictions or closure.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is intended primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ace76 accepts no liability if accessing the Platform is unlawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.

4 Account Security

4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. ace76 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ace76 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. ace76 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, including temporary suspension.

4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your Account, including all bets placed and all transactions processed, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in accordance with clause 4.2 above. ace76 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player sharing their credentials with a third party.

4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. ace76 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA as an additional layer of security. Enabling 2FA does not alter the player's obligations under this clause.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ace76 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ace76 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment methods are subject to change at ace76's discretion. It is your responsibility to use only payment methods registered in your own name.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. ace76 targets withdrawal processing within one to five minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three Business Days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

5.5 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal. Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fully completed before a withdrawal request affecting bonus-derived funds can be approved. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

5.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Payments section of the Platform. ace76 reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple payments processed over consecutive Business Days.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. ace76 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. ace76 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal and to report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable law. Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw without meaningful gaming activity is prohibited.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, welcome offers, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and any other promotional credits offered by ace76 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any winnings generated from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are specified in each individual promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. ace76 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to reduce wagering risk, using automated tools to clear wagering requirements, exploiting errors in bonus credit calculations, or registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided and may have their Account suspended.

6.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The welcome bonus (where offered) is available to new players only, one per household, one per device, and one per IP address. ace76 reserves the right to withdraw any welcome bonus if it determines that a player has previously held an Account, even under a different identity.

6.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the time limit specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without notice or compensation.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on ace76 are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, ace76's decision, based on official result sources, is final.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted at ace76's discretion. ace76 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a market is suspended stand. Bets placed after an event outcome is known, due to a delay in odds updating, will be voided.

7.3 Casino and Live Casino Games. All casino and live casino games offered on the Platform use certified random number generator technology or live dealers provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules for each game are displayed within the game interface. The Platform's internal logs are the definitive record of game outcomes.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event that a player is disconnected during a game round, the game engine will complete the round using the last valid game state. Any winnings generated during a completed round following disconnection will be credited to the Account upon reconnection. ace76 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market. ace76 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace76 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or clear wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or calculation errors in games or odds — any winnings generated as a result of such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or create an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing or any form of activity related to the manipulation of the outcome of sporting events.
• Placing wagers on all possible outcomes of an event (arbitrage betting) at a level intended to guarantee a risk-free profit.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
• Depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful gaming activity (commonly known as "money cycling").
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ace76 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation of all such content, is the property of ace76 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of ace76.

The ace76 name, logo, and all related brand marks are trademarks of ace76. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of ace76.

10 Privacy and Data

ace76 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ace76 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers involved in operating the Platform (including payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios) on a need-to-know basis under appropriate data processing agreements.

You have the right to request access to the personal data ace76 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace76 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace76 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

11.3 ace76's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by ace76's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

ace76 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set alerts to notify them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours). During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to deposit or wager.

13 Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the changes take effect. Any wagers placed and transactions processed before the effective date of an amendment will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of those actions.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration under a mutually agreed set of arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

ace76 does not waive any rights by failing to enforce any provision of these Terms in any particular instance. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
